We offer monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions. If you have not made all of the payments for the agreed upon term, you will be required to do so before we consider your account closed. 

In the case of an extended term contract (anything beyond 1 year) we will have to refer to your signed agreement for cancellation options. 

I am aware that aside from internal communication features, Hubbli offers features that can help our school be found by new prospective families.

For example, Hubbli sites can be used to drive traffic to my school's web site and have a track record of being ranked on the top of search engine pages. 

I am aware that Hubbli offers administrative automation features that can reduce admin workload.

For example Hubbli can automate processes like:

• Finding a substitute teacher.
• Incident report records, with admin approval and parent notifications.
• Entire Admissions processes.

Hubbli can reduce any multi-step administrative process down to a few clicks, saving you hours every month.

I am aware that Hubbli offers on-demand managed IT services, so that our team doesn't have to learn how to set up and implement all of the features Hubbli offers.

All you have to do is request what you want, and our team set's it up based on strategic best-practices, for example:

• Creating digital forms and automated workflows
• Generating reports 
• Managing your database
• Creating/updating custom web pages
• Managing your school calendar
• Setting up Appointment schedules for parent-teacher conferences and school tour bookings
